As a professional florist, we strive to make the best floral arrangements to your satisfaction but please know flowers, once cut, shipped and processed, will only last for a small time frame. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, please contact our store within 3 days (Day One is the day you receive them) of receipt of your order, share your concerns, and we will do our best to correct the problem.
